What are Therapy Intensives?

What happens when you’ve been working with your therapist for a while but feel like you need “something more” to make the progress you want? What about when you have a short time until you have to do something that your anxiety or trauma response won’t let you do? Or even if you have a serious issue but can’t commit to weekly therapy due to your schedule or an upcoming move?

Three very different dilemmas with one easy answer: therapy intensives.

Therapy intensives are concentrated, extended therapy sessions, often spanning several hours or days. They provide a focused and immersive environment for individuals to delve deeply into their issues and make significant progress in a shorter timeframe. People choose therapy intensives to accelerate their healing process, gain rapid insights, and address pressing concerns more comprehensively.
